WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE
The mac and cheese powder adds that tangy, savory, deeply cheesy flavor everyone recognizes and loves.
INGREDIENTS
All you need for this recipe is: Cooked bow tie pasta, Oil, Parmesan cheese, Mac and cheese powder
Make sure your bow tie pasta is fully cooked, drained, and cooled before you start. Leftover pasta straight from the fridge works great.
STEP 1: COOL THE PASTA
Add the pasta to the air fryer basket and toss in oil. Mix the parmesan and mac and cheese powder together, then add most of the mixture to the basket and toss.
STEP 2: COAT WITH OIL AND CHEESE
Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, tossing the pasta every 4-5 minutes to make sure every piece gets evenly golden and crispy on all sides.
STEP 3: AIR FRY IN BATCHES
The moment each batch comes out of the air fryer, immediately toss with another sprinkle of the reserved cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
STEP 4: FINISH WITH RESERVED CHEESE
STORAGE TIPS
Pasta chips are best eaten immediately, but you can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Freezing is not recommended.
