LONGHORN STEAKHOUSEBRUSSEL SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lbs Brussel Sprouts – Salt – ½ cup butter – 2 tbsp Chili Rub – 1 tsp sea salt – ⅓ cup honey – 1 tsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash and blanch the Brussels for 4 mins. Drain. 2. Mix chili rub, salt, honey, and sugar.

3. Fry Brussels in a pan on high for a few minutes. 4. Melt butter and pour it in the bowl of honey. Mix and pour on brussels.
