LOADED POTATO MEATLOAF CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 1.5lbs. of ground beef – ½ cup onion  – ⅔ cup breadcrumbs – ⅓ cup whole milk – 1 egg – 2 lbs. potatoes – ⅓ cup butter – ½  cup whole milk – ½ cup bacon bits – 1 cup cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Press into dish. Bake at 350F for 15 mins. 2. Boil potatoes for 15 mins. Mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper. 3. Spread on meatloaf,  with cheese & bacon. Bake 15 mins.
