INGREDIENTS
For the chicken and fries you need: Chicken breast, Flour, Breadcrumbs, Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Ginger powder, Chicken seasoning, Black pepper, Potatoes, Cornstarch, Salt
For each sauce, mix together their ingredients in separate bowls until creamy and pourable. Cover both sauces and refrgierate.
STEP 1: MAKE THE SAUCES FIRST
Combine the seasoning mix in a bowl and divide in thirds. Toss the chicken with one portion of the seasoning. Add the beaten eggs.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE SEASONING MIX AND SEASON THE CHICKEN
Add the remaining portions of seasoning to the flour and panko. Dredge each piece of egg-coated chicken in the flour, dip back into the egg, then coat in the panko.
STEP 3: SET UP THE BREADING STATION
Deep fry the breaded chicken in oil at 350°F in batches until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.

Cut the potatoes into fries and toss with seasonings, and cornstarch. Deep fry in batches until golden brown and crispy
STEP 5: SEASON AND FRY THE FRIES
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually pour in the milk. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
STEP 6: MAKE THE CHEESE SAUCE
Spread the fries onto a large platter. Drizzle with yogurt sauce, mayo sauce, then pour the cheese sauce. Arrange crispy chicken on top and finish with more sauce.
