VIRAL CHICKEN BURGER BOWL

These chicken burger loaded fries are crunchy, cheesy, salty, and ridiculously satisfying, the kind of meal that feels like takeout but takes almost no effort.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

This bowl is all about texture. Crispy fries and chicken give you crunch, cheese makes it gooey, lettuce and tomatoes add freshness, and burger sauce ties it all together.

INGREDIENTS

I kept this ingredient list super simple: Fries, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken, Lettuce, Cherry tomatoes, Dill pickle, and Burger sauce

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread fries in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake until deeply golden and crisp, flipping halfway.

STEP 1: COOK CRISPY FRIES

STEP 2: MELT THE CHEESE

Add hot fries to an oven-safe bowl or sheet pan. Sprinkle cheddar over top (or lay American cheese slices on top). Broil for a few minutes until melted and bubbly.

STEP 3: ADD CHICKEN AND TOPPINGS

Top cheesy fries with crispy chicken cubes, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and pickle slices.

STEP 4: SAUCE AND SERVE

Drizzle burger sauce over everything and serve immediately while the fries are hot and crispy.

VARIATIONS

You can play with different versions of this recipe, like tossing the chicken in buffalo sauce for a Buffalo chicken bowl, or use BBQ sauce and crispy onions for a BBQ bowl

STORAGE TIPS

This recipe is best fresh, but if you have leftovers store the fries and toppings separately. Reheat the fries and chicken in the oven at 400°F until crisp.
