LASAGNA FRITTA OLIVE GARDEN

INGREDIENTS

– ⅔ cup milk – 1 cup Parmesan  – 6 oz ricotta – ¼ tsp  pepper – 1 tbsp butter – 7 lasagna noodles – marinara sauce – alfredo sauce – ¼ cup milk – 1 egg – 2 cups Breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil and stir together butter, pepper, milk, parmesan, and ricotta cheese. 2. Boil Lasagna noodles. 3. Spread a thin layer of the cheese & milk mix along the noodles and fold.

4. Let the noodles set in the freezer for 1 hour.  5. Cut the frozen pieces in half long ways. 6. Whisk milk and egg together in a bowl and add bread crumbs to another bowl

7. Dip each piece in the milk/egg mixture, then coat in the bread crumbs. 8. Heat oil in a pot to 350°F. Fry the lasagna noodles for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
