JEWISH HONEY CAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp salt – ¼ tsp baking soda – 1 cup butter – ½ cup brown sugar – 3 tbsp honey – 4 eggs – 1 tsp vanilla extract – ½ cup sliced almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon 2. Beat butter, sugar, honey. Add eggs. Mix in flour, vanilla. 3. Pour into cake pan. Bake 320°F for 20 mins.
