JAMAICAN DUMPLINGS

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups All-Purpose Flour – 1 tsp. Baking Powder – 1-2 tsp. Salt – ¼ cup Butter – ½ cup Water – Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the dry ingredients. Add butter and mix. Add water and mix. 2. Knead dough. Shape into balls.  3. Fry in hot oil for 4 minutes.
