HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE COVERED PECANS

INGREDIENTS

– 1-½ cups of pecan halves – ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks – 2 tbsp. vegetable oil or coconut oil – Sea salt for sprinkle

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Roast pecans at 285°F for 8 minutes. 2. Melt chocolate and oil in microwave. Dip pecans in chocolate. 3. Let them rest till chocolate sets.
