HOW TO COOK A RUMP ROAST

INGREDIENTS

– 2 lb. rump roast – ½ tbso olive oil – 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar – 1 clove garlic – ½ tsp salt – ½ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix spices in bowl. Coat beef in oil. Season with spices. 2. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F and cook for 45 minutes
