HONEY SRIRACHA SAUCE

Creamy mayo, sweet honey, and bold sriracha come together into a sauce that is sweet, spicy, and rich in exactly the right proportions.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

This sauce belongs in the same conversation as bang bang sauce and comeback sauce as one of those essential refrigerator staples you make once and keep making forever.

INGREDIENTS

This ingredient list could not be simpler. All you need is: Mayonnaise, Honey, and Sriracha sauce

Add the mayonnaise, honey, and sriracha to a medium bowl or directly into a jar with a lid.

STEP 1: COMBINE EVERYTHING

Whisk until completely smooth and fully combined with no streaks of any ingredient remaining. The sauce should be a uniform pale orange color throughout.

STEP 2: WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH

Taste the sauce and adjust to your preference. Add more honey if you want it sweeter and milder, or more sriracha if you want more heat.

STEP 3: TASTE AND ADJUST

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. The sauce tastes great right away and only improves after 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

STEP 4: SERVE OR CHILL

VARIATIONS

Swap the mayonnaise for plain full fat Greek yogurt for a lighter, tangier version with significantly more protein. The flavor profile stays similar but the sauce is noticeably less rich.

STORAGE TIPS

Store in an airtight jar or sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freezing is not recommended.
