COPYCAT MILK BAR'S PUMPKIN CARAMEL PIE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 prebaked pie crust – 1 1/2 cup caramel sauce  – 2 cups heavy whipping cream

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1 1/2 cans pumpkin puree – 1 cup heavy cream – 4 tbsp unsalted butter – 250g white chocolate, roughly chopped – 2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice – ¼ tsp salt

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– ½ cup AP flour – 1/3 cup brown sugar – 1/3 cup rolled oats – 6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp – 1 tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp ground cardamom – Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the caramel pie crust and pumpkin puree 2. Mix the pumpkin filling 3. Pour the filling on the  crust. Mix the whipped cream and top over filling 4. Top with baked streusel
