INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE

– Almond flour – Eggs – Mashed banana  – Baking powder – Vanilla extract – Cinnamon – Salt – Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.

STEP 1: PREP THE PAN

Mash the banana until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the mashed banana and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
