– 1 lb beef chuck, cut into cubes
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– ¼ cup AP flour
– 1 stalk of celery, diced
– 1 carrot, sliced
– 1 large onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
1. Cook the beef in a pot with oil
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours
3. Make a slurry and gradually add to the stew
4. Simmer for 1-2 mins as the stew thickens
