HASH BROWN EGG CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS 

– 8-12 hash brown patties – 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup cheddar cheese – 6 eggs – 1/3 cup milk – Salt and pepper

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 1 tsp onion powder – ½ tsp garlic powder – 1 cup chopped ham or cooked chicken, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Arrange hash browns in a baking dish 2. Add the cheeses on top and add meat if preferred 3. Whisk the remaining ingredients and add to hash browns. 4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes
