HASH BROWN CASSEROLE WITH HAM

INGREDIENTS

– 14oz. frozen hash browns, thawed and drained – ¾ cup ham, chopped – 8oz. can condensed cream of potato soup – 6oz. sour cream – 1 cup cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix soup and sour cream. Fold in hash browns and ham. 2. Transfer to baking dish. Top with cheese. 3. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
