HASHBROWN CASSEROLE IN CROCK POT

INGREDIENTS

– 18oz. sour cream – Salt and pepper, to taste – 1 tsp. onion powder – 20oz. frozen hash browns – 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix everything in a large bowl.  2. Transfer to crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours. Add cheese on top and cook for 25 more minutes.
