GROUND BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– ¾ lb ground beef – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 ½ tsp chili powder – ½ tsp cumin powder – 14 oz enchilada sauce – 8 corn tortillas – ¾ cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook beef. Add seasonings and mix. 2. Layer sauce, tortillas, beef, and cheese in casserole dish. 3. Bake 375F for 30 mins.
