– 10 eggs
– 1/3 cup flour
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– ½ tsp baking powder
– 1 ½ cup cottage cheese
– 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
– 4 tbsp melted butter
– 6oz. mild green chilies, chopped
1. Mix eggs, salt and pepper, flour, and baking powder.
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella
4. Bake for 35 mins at 350°F
