FROZEN CHICKEN BREAST RECIPE

This frozen chicken breast method takes your chicken from freezer to table in under 30 minutes with no thawing required and no compromising on flavor.

INGREDIENTS

For this recipe, I kept the ingredients list short and sweet. All you need is: Frozen chicken breast, and a seasoning of your choice

Pull the chicken breasts from the freezer and let them sit on the counter for about 30 minutes.

STEP 1: PARTIAL THAW

Place the partially thawed chicken breast on a cutting board and slice it into thin cutlets, about a quarter to half an inch thick.

STEP 2: SLICE THIN

Season both sides of each cutlet with your seasoning of choice. Press the seasoning in gently so it adheres to the surface of the chicken rather than falling off in the pan.

STEP 3: SEASON GENEROUSLY

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small drizzle of neutral oil and place the chicken slices in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes per side until golden brown.

STEP 4: SEAR IN A HOT PAN

The chicken is done when a meat thermometer reads 165°F at the thickest part of each slice. Let it rest for two to three minutes before serving.

STEP 5: CHECK THE TEMPERATURE AND SERVE
