INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALMON

– Frozen skinless salmon fillets – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Dijon mustard – Kosher salt – Garlic powder – Glack pepper – Lemon wedges – Fresh parsley

Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and let it preheat. I suggest doing this first thing before you get out your ingredients.

STEP 1: PREHEAT THE AIR FRYER

STEP 2: MAKE THE GLAZE

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.

STEP 3: SEASON THE SALMON

Place frozen fillets in a single layer in the basket. Brush the glaze evenly over the tops of the fillets.

STEP 4: COOK UNTIL FLAKY

Air fry for 12–18 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temp of 145°F (63°C).

STEP 5: SERVE

Plate salmon hot and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad.

PRO TIPS

- Keep the salmon frozen when cooking to avoid overcooking - Glaze the salmon midway for a bolder flavor - Sprinkle dill or Italian seasoning for an herb crusted spin
