Inject Marinade
– 1/2 cup hot sauce
– 1 tbsp. Chili powder
– 1 tsp. Salt
– 1 tbsp. paprika
– 1 tbsp. vinegar
Dry Mixture
– 2 cups all purpose flour
– 1 tbsp white pepper
– 1 tbsp salt

Chicken Marinade
– 6-8 chicken pieces with the skin
– 2 tbsp Red chili
– 2 tbsp paprika
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp Garlic powder
– 1 tbsp salt
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine inject marinade and fill into a syringe. Inject each chicken piece
2. Prepare dry mixture and coat each chicken piece
3. Deep fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes until crispy
