FRENCH TOAST FOR ONE OR TWO

INGREDIENTS

– 1 egg – ½ cup milk – ¼ tsp vanilla extract – ⅛ tsp sugar – ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon – 2 slices bread – 1 tbsp salted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Dip bread slices in batter, 2. Melt butter in skillet. Fry bread for a minutes on each side. 3. Serve with butter and syrup.
