FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE BRIOCHE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 loaf of brioche bread – 6 large eggs – 2 cups milk – ⅓ cup heavy cream – ½ cup brown sugar – 1 tsp cinnamon – ¼ cup brown sugar – 3 tbsp butter – 2 tbsp flour – 1 tsp  cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the bread batter.  2. Soak the bread. 3. Make the topping. 4. Top the casserole and bake at 350F for 20 mins covered, 30 uncovered.
