– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
– 1 cup basil leaves
– 4 garlic cloves
– 3 tbsp. butter
– 1 onion, halved
– 1 can San Marzano tomatoes
– 400 gr. spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook and blend olive oil, red pepper, basil and garlic
2. In a pot, combine butter, onion, and tomatoes
3. Prepare spaghetti
4. Add basil mix to the sauce. Remove onions and toss with spaghetti
