EGG BITES WITH BACON AND GRUYERE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 eggs – 4 tbsp. cottage cheese – 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese – 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese, – 1/4 tsp. salt – 4 pieces crispy bacon – 1/4 cup Gruyere cheese shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend eggs, cheeses, and salt together 2. Add bacon to 4 greased jars and fill with egg mix 3. Place jars in sous vide 4. Cook at 160ºF for 40 minutes 5. Remove eggs and top with cheese
