HOMEMADE IHOP'S HASHBROWNS

INGREDIENTS 

– 2 large russet potatoes – 1 egg – ¼ cup corn starch – ½ tsp salt – ½ tsp pepper – ¼ tsp garlic powder – ¼ tsp onion powder – Vegetable Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shred potatoes and drain thoroughly. Dry with a paper towel. 2. Add remaining ingredients and shape into patties. Freeze for 1 hour. 3. Fry each patty with oil until golden and crispy.
