TENDER & JUICY PORCUPINE MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS 

– 1 pound ground beef – ½ cup cooked long grain rice – ¼ cup onion diced – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – 2 tablespoons fresh  parsley  – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 egg

INGREDIENTS, CONT.

– 10z can condensed tomato soup undiluted – 1 cup vegetable juice  – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning – salt and pepper – chopped parsley, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Combine ingredients to make meat mixture 2. Shape the mixture into 20 balls 3. Combine ingredients for the sauce and pour over meatballs 4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F
