WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

This one-pan ditalini pasta is rich, cozy, and packed with flavor. Creamy, buttery, and finished with parmesan — no pasta boiling needed!

INGREDIENTS

Ditalini pasta Chicken broth Garlic Italian seasoning Heavy cream Parmesan cheese Butter Onion powder Fresh parsley

STEP 1: TOAST THE PASTA

Add olive oil to a pot and toast the ditalini over medium heat until lightly golden. This builds flavor and keeps it al dente.

STEP 2: ADD BROTH AND SEASONINGS

Stir in chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Simmer uncovered until pasta is just tender.

STEP 3: MAKE IT CREAMY

Stir in heavy cream, butter, and parmesan. Mix until the cheese is melted and pasta is fully coated.

STEP 4: TOP AND SERVE

Serve hot, topped with more parmesan and parsley and some red pepper flakes. Pairs perfectly with chicken, salmon, or on its own.

PRO TIPS

– Toasting the pasta gives it extra texture – Use fresh parm — not the shelf-stable kind – Add spinach or peas for a veggie boost
