CRUMBL CORNBREAD COOKIES

COOKIE IGREDIENTS

– ½ cup butter – ¼ cup brown sugar – 3 tbsp sugar – 1 egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 tbsp honey – ¼ cup cornstarch – 1 tsp baking powder – ½ cup cornmeal

FROSTING INGREDIENTS

– 4 tbsp butter, softened – ½ cup powdered sugar – 1 ½ tsp honey – ½ tsp vanilla extract – Milk or heavy cream, to thin buttercream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix ingredients to make batter 2. Scoop the mixture on to a lined baking sheet.  3. Bake at 350°F for 9-10 minutes 4. Prepare buttercream 5. Top each cookie with a dollop of buttercream
