CROCK POT TRI TIP

INGREDIENTS

– 2lb. trip tip roast – 1 tsp. salt – ½ tsp. pepper – ½ tsp. dried thyme leaves – ½ tsp. dried rosemary – 2 tsp. garlic minced – 1 cups beef broth – 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season meat on all sides. Place in crock pot. Add broth and sauce.  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred into pieces. 3. Place on buns with cheese.
