In a large bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until smooth. Add the chicken tenders and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In another large bowl or mixing bag, whisk together the flour, sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, and salt.

STEP 3: DREDGE THE CHICKEN (SHAKE-BAG METHOD)

Add the marinated chicken tenders to the flour mixture, then shake until each piece is fully coated.

STEP 4: FRY THE CHICKEN

Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the tenders in batches until golden brown and crispy.Transfer to a wire rack to stay crisp.

STEP 5: MAKE THE HONEY MUSTARD

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.

STEP 6: MAKE THE HOT HONEY

Whisk together honey, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Adjust heat or sweetness to taste.

STEP 7: ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS

Spread honey mustard over the wrap. Add romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, and top with two crispy chicken tenders. Drizzle with hot honey and fold the tortilla into a wrap.
