WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

No need to make crepes from scratch — just use pancake mix! These are soft, flexible, and perfect for sweet or savory fillings.

INGREDIENTS FOR THESE CREPES (JUST 4 NEEDED!) 

– 1 cup pancake mix – 1 ½ cup milk – 1 egg – 1 tsp. vanilla extract

STEP 1: MAKE THE BATTER

Whisk together pancake mix, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth and thin. It should pour easily but not be watery.

STEP 2: HEAT THE PAN

Use a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Brush lightly with butter so the crepes don't stick.

STEP 3: POUR AND SWIRL THE BATTER

Add ¼ cup of batter, then quickly swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 1 minute.

STEP 4: FLIP AND FINISH

Flip when the edges start to lift. Cook the second side for 15–30 seconds until just golden.

PRO TIPS

– Use a thin batter. Add milk if too thick – Don’t overcook. Watch the crepes carefully and gently lift to check – Keep warm in a 200°F oven as you cook more
