WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

This recipe is a great “make ahead” side because chilling actually improves it. The flavors settle, the garlic mellows, and the dill becomes more fragrant.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALAD

– Cucumbers – Greek Yogurt – Light sour cream – Dill – Honey – Garlic powder – Salt

Thinly slice the cucumbers and make sure they're uniform in size. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

STEP 1: SLICE THE CUCUMBERS

STEP 2: MIX THE DRESSING

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, chopped dill, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.

STEP 3: TOSS

Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently until all slices are coated evenly.

STEP 4: CHILL

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so flavors develop and the dressing clings better. Then serve chilled and enjoy.

PRO TIPS

- Salt the cucumbers for a thicker, juicier salad - Toss gently so the cucumbers stay crisp and don't break down - Add sliced red onion for a bit of bite and color
