CREAMED CORN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 eggs – 2 cups Corn – 2 cups Creamed Corn – 1 cup Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix – ½ cup Sour Cream – ¼ cup Butter, melted – 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk eggs. Add corn, creamed corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, and butter.  2. Pour into dish, top with cheese. 3. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
