COWBOY CASSEROLE WITH CORNBREAD

INGREDIENTS

– 1 box Jiffy mix  – 1 egg – ⅔ cup milk – 1 pound ground beef – 1 cup Rotel Tomatoes – 1 cup corn – 1 cup red beans – 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese – 2 tbsp. taco seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the cornbread, milk, and egg. 2. Cook the beef. Mix in cheese, beans, seasoning, and Rotel. 3. Add cornbread and beef to dish and bake 390F for 45 min.
