CORNBREAD PUDDING CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 8oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix – 15oz. frozen corn, thawed – 15oz. creamed corn – ½ cup butter, melted tbsp – 2 eggs – 1 cup sour cream – ¼ cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix corn, creamed corn, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and sour cream.  2. Add corn mix and stir to combine. Transfer to dish. 3. Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
