CORNBREAD MEXICAN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 boxes corn muffin mix – ⅔ cup milk – 2 large eggs – 2 cups cream corn – 1 cup corn – 1lb. ground beef – 1 tbsp taco seasoning – 2 cups crushed tomatoes – 1 ½ cup shredded cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook beef in skillet. Mix in tomatoes and seasoning.  2. Mix corns, milk, eggs, and muffin mix. 3. Top beef with cornbread batter and cheese. 4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
