CORNBREAD DRESSING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 6-inch cornbread – ½ cup celery – ½ onion – 2 slices bread – 1 tsp poultry seasoning – 4 eggs – ¼ cup butter – 1 cup chicken stock – 2 cups rotisserie chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine cornbread, stale bread, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in eggs, butter, and stock. 2. Add chicken and seasoning and mix. 3. Transfer to dish. Bake 375°F for 45 minutes.
