CORN ON THE COB RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 ears corn, shucked – 4 tbsp. butter, room temperature – 2 garlic cloves, finely minced or grated – 2 tbsp. cilantro – 2 tbsp. cajun seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix everything in a bowl.  2. Grill corn on hot grill for 10 minutes.  3. Spread cajun butter on corn.
