CORN CASSEROLE WITHOUT JIFFY MIX

INGREDIENTS

– 3 tbsp. sugar – 2 tbsp. flour – 1 tsp. baking powder – 1 tsp. salt – 2 ½ cups canned whole kernel corn – 1 egg, large – ¼ cup heavy cream – 2 tbsp. butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. Whisk egg, cream, and butter. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 4.Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
