CORN CASSEROLE WITH JIFFY MIX

INGREDIENTS

– 6oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix – 12oz. frozen corn, thawed (or drained canned corn) – 12oz. canned creamed corn – ¾ cup sour cream – ⅓ cup butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Rest for 5 minutes 2. Transfer to a casserole dish. 3. Bakt at 350°F for 45 minutes.
