COPYCAT BOSTON MARKET SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 large sweet potatoes – 6 tbsp butter – 2 eggs – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ cup flour – ½ cup walnuts

INGREDIENTS CONTINUED 

– 1 cup rolled oats – 2 tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp nutmeg – 1 ½ cups brown sugar – 2 cups mini marshmallows

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING

1. Wrap sweet potatoes and bake 1 hour. Mash with butter. 2. Mix in eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cup of brown sugar, & heavy cream. 3. Transfer to dish.

4. Flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Mix in butter with a fork until crumbly. 5. Put on casserole with marshmallows. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
