CLASSIC POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS 

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened – 2 cups sugar – 6 eggs, room temperature – 2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups flour

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy. 2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla extract. 3. Transfer to pan and bake for 350°F.
