CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST FOR TWO

INGREDIENTS

– 2 large eggs – 2 tbsp heavy cream – ¼ tsp vanilla extract – 1 tbsp maple syrup – ½ tsp cinnamon – 1 pinch of nutmeg – 4 slices of bread

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, syrup, and heavy cream. 2. Dip bread slices in it. 3. Pan fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.
