For the Chicken:
– 1 ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 tsp. chicken seasoning
– ½ tsp. salt
– ¼ tsp. black pepper
1. Season the chicken
2. Cook the chicken in a pan until golden brown
3. Add the gravy ingredients to the same pan and stir
4. Whisk in chicken broth until smooth. Add chicken and serve.
