– 1 ½ lb chicken
– 8 oz. mushrooms
– 2 bell peppers
– 4 oz. cream cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– ¼ cup parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp. thyme
– Salt and pepper
1. Cook chicken in skillet until golden brown.
2. Cook pepper and mushrooms.
3. Return chicken to veggies and cook.
4. Mix in cream cheese, seasonings, and cheese.
