CHICKEN TERIYAKI CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– ¼ cup soy sauce, rice vinegar, & brown sugar – 1 tsp. garlic & ginger – 1 tbsp. honey – 2 tbsp. cornstarch – 3 chicken breasts – 3 cups frozen veggies  – ¼ cup edamame – 2 cups brown rice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook all sauce ingredients in a pot until thick. 2. Bake chicken in half sauce at 350F for 45 mins. Shred 3. Top with rice, veggies, and rest of sauce and bake 15 mins.
