CHICKEN TENDERS WITH PANKO

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup panko – 2 lbs. chicken tenderloins – 1 tsp. dried oregano – 1 tsp. onion powder – 1 tsp.salt – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ¼ tsp. pepper – 1 large egg

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Toast panko in oven. 2. Prepare breading stations. 3. Bread chicken tenders. 4. Bake for 11 minutes until crispy.
