CHICKEN ROTEL BAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded – 1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained – 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed – 2 Tablespoons tomato paste

INGREDIENTS, CONTINUED

– 1 cup cream cheese – ½ cup heavy cream – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon cumin – 16 oz spaghetti, cooked – 2 cups chicken soup

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine ingredients to make chicken and sauce  2. Transfer mixture to a greased dish and add cooked spaghetti 3. Pour heavy cream and add cheese 4. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
